2. What data we process and why
Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, message content) solely to respond to your inquiry and handle further correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where your inquiry leads towards a contract, steps taken prior to entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.
Visit statistics (with your consent)
With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use the tools described in section 3. You give consent in the banner on your first visit and may withdraw it at any time (section 6), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Server logs
The server hosting this website automatically records standard logs (IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, browser identifier). We use them exclusively to keep the service secure and running properly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Analytics tools
Google Analytics 4
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The tool collects pseudonymous visit statistics: pages viewed, traffic sources, approximate location, device type. It operates in Consent Mode v2: until you give consent, Google stores no cookies or identifiers on your device. More: Google Privacy Policy.
Microsoft Clarity
Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, Dublin 18, Ireland. The tool creates anonymised session recordings (cursor movements, clicks, scrolling) and heatmaps that help us improve the usability of the site. The Clarity script is not loaded until you give consent. More: Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Data from both tools may also be processed in the United States. Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which under a European Commission adequacy decision ensures an adequate level of data protection.
4. Cookies
Essential — no consent required
- real_cookie_banner-* — stores your consent decision (up to 1 year),
- pll_language — remembers your language choice (1 year).
Statistics — set only after your consent
- _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics, distinguishing visitors (2 years),
- _clck — Microsoft Clarity, visitor identifier (1 year),
- _clsk — Microsoft Clarity, grouping events of the current session (1 day).
5. External resources
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) and technical libraries from CDNs (cdn.jsdelivr.net, code.jquery.com). When these files are fetched, the providers receive technical connection data, including your IP address — this is necessary to display the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Managing your consent
You can change or withdraw your decisions at any time by clicking the “Change privacy settings” link in the site footer or the floating icon of the consent banner. We keep a record of consent decisions to demonstrate that consent was given (Art. 7(1) GDPR).
7. Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to entities supporting the operation of the service: the hosting provider (servers located in Poland), Google Ireland Limited (statistics) and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (usability analysis) — to the extent and under the rules described above. We do not sell your data.
8. Retention periods
- contact form correspondence — until the matter is closed, no longer than 2 years after the last contact,
- statistical data — according to the cookie lifetimes listed in section 4 and the tools’ retention settings (GA4: 14 months),
- server logs — according to the hosting provider’s policy, usually up to 90 days.
9. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to office@olbof.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland (uodo.gov.pl).
10. Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever the tools used on the site or the law change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document.
